Session Management

One click starts a session. The workspace shows a summary of previous notes and longitudinal signals alongside the current note editor. Caregivers can record audio with optional live transcription, and generate an AI summary at session end.

Flexible modes with a clear settings hierarchy and built-in patient consent controls.
Recording Modes
1. No recording

Notes only โ€” no audio is captured. Suitable for caregivers who prefer to write by hand or type without a recording trail.

2. Post-session upload

Audio is recorded locally on the device and uploaded at session end. Transcription is generated server-side once the upload completes.

3. Live streaming

Audio is streamed in real time; the transcript appears in a dedicated pane alongside the note editor as the session progresses.
