Communication Channels
Four channels are available. Caregivers activate the relevant channels per patient from the channel configuration panel.

Most widely used. Two-way messaging via Twilio WhatsApp Business API. Ideal for homework reminders and brief check-ins. Patients respond in their native app.
โ๏ธ Telegram
Bot-based messaging. Suitable for patients who prefer Telegram. Supports automated message flows and inline response buttons.

Formal communications โ appointment confirmations, homework documents, and report delivery. Supports HTML templates.
๐ Voice
Outbound voice calls via Twilio for escalation alerts and automated voice reminders (configurable per patient).

Patient-Initiated Chat
The caregiver can enable an AI-assisted chat channel for the patient. The patient initiates conversations via WhatsApp, Telegram, or the patient portal. The AI operates within a scope defined by the caregiver.

Homework Assignment & Automated Follow-up
Step-by-step flow for assigning homework with a built-in automated follow-up sequence.
Assigning Homework with Follow-up
Actor: Caregiver
- At session end, open the Homework tab for the patient.
- Click "+ Add Assignment" and type the homework description.
- Set a due date and follow-up rule: "Ping via WhatsApp every 2 days until reported done".
- System sends an assignment message and schedules the follow-up sequence.
- Patient marks completion by replying to the WhatsApp message.
- Caregiver sees completion status on the dashboard and patient card.
