Assessment Report

Send via Email
System emails the PDF directly to selected recipients from the patient's contact list. A delivery log is saved on the patient card. Caregiver receives a read receipt if the recipient's email client supports it.

- Open patient card β Reports tab β New Report.
- Select "Referral / Discharge Letter" and date range.
- Toggle sections on.
- Select referring physician from patient contacts.
- Add an optional personal note.
- Click Generate PDF to review, then Send via Email.
