Caregiver can mark a patient at risk (low / medium / high). Risk flags appear prominently on the dashboard and patient card. High-risk patients always bypass quiet hours for alerts. Includes a structured safety-plan template attached to the patient card.

Built-in administration of validated scales: PHQ-9, GAD-7, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, PCLS-5. Patient completes assessments in-app or via a shared link before sessions. Scores are automatically plotted in longitudinal signals.

Define SMART treatment goals at the start of therapy. Track progress per goal session-by-session. Goals appear in the session workspace alongside previous notes. Caregiver marks milestones; a goal progress summary can be included in reports.

A branded patient-facing PWA for iOS and Android. Features: upcoming appointments, homework tracker, check-in surveys, AI-assisted chat interface, and direct secure messaging with the caregiver.

For practices that train or supervise junior therapists. Supervisor can review session notes and recordings (with patient consent), add commentary, and assign training tasks. Supervisee progress tracked over time.

Manage a patient waitlist — log referrals, track wait times, send automated waitlist-position updates to patients, and notify caregivers when a slot opens. Integration with the calendar to offer available slots directly.
